Major Brownfield Regeneration Site. Led by Park Lane in partnership with Capital Shopping Centres, Clydeport and Renfrewshire Council. Subsequent developments by numerous volume housebuilders in excess of 2,000 units, in addition there was a commercial development encompassing leisure, hotel and retail. From 2004 with completion 2010. 

Cowcaddens

Glasgow

Brownfield Inner City Regeneration Site. Park Lane achieved planning for 105 residential units and 20,000 sq ft of commercial space. Completed 2002.

Hamilton

Park Lane alongside Stewart Milne promoted the 2000 unit Hamilton Community Growth Area through the strategic Planning process resulting in a successful Local Plan zoning and subsequent Masterplan and Planning in Principle.

Houston

Renfrewshire

8 acres of greenfield strategic land site. Promoted through planning by Park Lane and sold to Cala Homes for an executive housing development. Completed 2017.

Inverness

Acting on behalf of the landowner – Hazledene Inverness – Park Lane have acted as Development lead in the delivery of a major residential development of 1500 new homes
at Stratton. This includes the delivery of major new infrastructure and sales to house builders Barratt Homes
and Scotia who are both on site.

Larkfield Bus Garage

Glasgow

14 acre industrial site. Former bus garage demolished, site remediated and promoted through planning for inner-city housing in excess of 300 units, due for completion 2022.

New Mart Road

Edinburgh

Industrial Brownfield Site. Former auction mart and land site, demolished, remediated and promoted through planning for office and residential development – 120 residential units, 60,000 sq ft of office space, completed 2006.

Robroyston

Glasgow

Acting on behalf of the landowner, Park Lane manage the delivery of this 1600 residential and mixed use devilment which includes a new railway station. Over 500 units are now on site with Miller Homes, Barratt and Bellway Homes all represented.

Inner City former office. Former office building, demolished and planning gained for Safestore storage centre, completed 2006.

15 acre brownfield 15 acre site, former Albion works cleared and promoted through planning for motor retail training centre for Arnold Clark.

Former Knightswood bus garage site acquired and promoted through planning and subsequently sold to Redrow Homes for major residential development of in excess of 300 units, completed 2006.
